In repsonse to feedback asking for more group fitness, more flexible class times and more variety we are excited to be introducing a Virtual Fitness Studio to the Y.
Virtual fitness is the latest in Group Fitness technology, projecting quality images of live classes and instructors on the big screen. With improved sound, excellent image quality and professional instruction from Les Mills best, you will be sure to love what is on offer.
New classes to be offered include Sh'Bam and CXWorks whilst additional Body Pump, Body Combat & Body Balance classes will be added. This includes some shorter or express classes for people who are time poor or just starting out.
